On my page;

Pentameter,

In flowing trochees;

Such expressive free verse,

Pouring forth profound meaning

In multiple, moving stanzas;

Each perfectly projected syllable

Showing imperious erudition.

As I perform my latest masterpiece

To assembled contemporaries

In a moment of reflection

I wonder quizically

When had I developed

Such delusion...
